Return & Refund Policy

At MyChristian.store, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We will replace or refund items in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• There is a misprint, wrong item, or manufacturing error
• The item is lost in transit

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@mychristian.store with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We do not cover:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
